About

The control room for fashion returns.

Built by operators and engineers who have spent years inside fashion ecommerce return processes. We know what the dashboards miss — and what calm tooling feels like to use.

Why we started

Returns are the most expensive operational line item most fashion brands do not actively manage.

We thought that was a strange thing to leave to spreadsheets. Brands obsess over CAC and AOV, then pay 18 to 24 percent of revenue back out as returns and treat the recovery loop as someone else's job.

So we built the control room: one screen for the people who own the return number, with the queue, the routing, the inspection, the recovery, and the brief — connected.

What we believe

Four principles that show up in every screen.

Every return has a best next move.

And finding it is an operations job, not a customer-service apology.

Risk lives on the case, not on the customer.

We score the return. The customer keeps their dignity.

Recovery is a margin workflow.

Routing, capacity, partner economics — taken seriously, audited weekly.

Operators deserve calm tools.

No fear copy. No alarmist dashboards. The screen should help you think.

How we work

Small team. Weekly cadence. Deep partnership.

Small team, weekly cadence.

We ship every week and we read every support ticket.

Fashion-specific, not generic.

Reason codes, recovery channels, and inspection flows tuned to apparel, footwear, and streetwear.

Built with the brands using us.

Our roadmap comes from real operators describing real problems on real Mondays.

Clear with our customers.

Honest pricing, plain-language settings, and an audit trail on everything we change.
