Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers ReturnGuard subscription fees only. It does not govern how customer brands handle returns from their own shoppers — that is the brand's own published return policy.

ReturnGuard subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Detailed refund, pro-rata, and credit terms are set in the signed order form or plan agreement — contact billing@returnguard.net for the current terms that apply to your workspace.

Workspace owners can cancel from billing settings. Service continues through the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made after cancellation.

Workspace data remains accessible until the end of the paid period. Exports (returns, customers, audit log) can be downloaded from settings before the workspace is archived.

Open a billing dispute by emailing billing@returnguard.net with the invoice number and a short description. We respond within one business day and work with you to resolve the dispute.

We may update this policy as the product and our billing operations evolve. Material changes are announced in-product and by email to workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
